1-3mm Grade A- Brown Aluminum Oxide is produced from high-quality bauxite through high-temperature electric arc melting, followed by crushing, screening, and refinement. The particles are well-formed with sharp edges, feature a stable alumina content, and combine excellent hardness with toughness. Compared to Grade 1 grit, it offers a more cost-effective solution while delivering performance sufficient for the vast majority of industrial applications. It serves as a cost-effective primary material in fields such as sandblasting, wear-resistant flooring, refractory castables, wear-resistant piping, and wastewater treatment.

Particle size is strictly controlled within the 1-3mm range, ensuring uniformity and excellent flowability. The material packs densely, allowing for smooth application without machine jams. It resists fragmentation during long-term use and generates minimal dust, resulting in lower overall operating costs.
