Grinding Wheel Features

WA --- white corundum abrasive, white in color, harder than brown corundum, easily broken abrasive grains, sharp edges and corners, good cutting performance, low grinding heat. Suitable for grinding quenched steel, alloy steel, high-speed steel, high-carbon steel, thin-walled parts, etc.

PA---Chromium corundum abrasive, with rose or purple color, sharp cutting edge, good edge and angle retention, and high durability. It is suitable for grinding tools, measuring tools, instruments, threads and other workpieces that require low surface roughness.

GC---green silicon carbide abrasive, green in color, high hardness, brittle, sharp abrasive, and thermally conductive. Suitable for grinding cast iron, brass, lead, zinc, rubber, leather, plastic, wood, ore, etc.

C---Black silicon carbide abrasive, gray-black in color, high hardness, relatively brittle, sharp abrasive grains, and good thermal conductivity. Suitable for grinding hard and brittle materials such as cemented carbide, optical glass, and ceramics.
