Green Silicon Carbide(SiC) is a non-metallic mineral formed by melting quartz sand (mainly composed of silica SiO2), petroleum coke, and salt in a resistance furnace at 1800℃. Due to its hardness and sharp edges, it is an ideal choice for abrasives. Due to its excellent thermal conductivity and low expansion rate, it is also suitable for electronic and solar appllications. Green Silicon Carbide Abrasives are manufactured according to FEPA/ANSI standards and have a fine particle

distribution, used for abrasives, sandblasting, cutting, polishing, and more.
