Black Silicon Carbide High Wear Resistance for Grinding Wheels and Blasting Media

 

Black silicon carbide is a non crystalline material formed from quartz sand (SIO2) and anthracite or petroleum coke (C) at high temperatures above 1800 degrees Celsius.It has the characteristics of high hardness, low expansion coefficient, brittleness, and good thermal conductivity,and are widely used in abrasive tools,electronic product grinding,and refractory materials, special ceramics foam ceramics, paint and plastic addition and modification, auto parts,  aviation, deoxidizer for steel making, etc.

Black Silicon Carbide Abrasives Grits is made according to China GB/Japan JIS/American ANSI/Europe FEPA standard and graded into material of standard particle distribution. It has higher hardness than Brown and White Fused Aluminium Oxide, while more brittle.

The production of silicon carbide powder using dry, wet, and dry methods to meet the different needs of different products. It is mainly used in refractory products manufacturing, ceramic foam industry,ceramic reaction sintering, solar silicon chip cutting, crystal cutting and grinding, automobile engine parts manufacturing, special coating industry, rubber and plastic products, desulfurization, power supply, environmental protection and other industries.
